We would like to request the splitting of Lots 2 and 3 into smaller, more accessible components for bidders. Specifically, we propose dividing Lot 2, which currently consists of 9 large systems, into two or even three separate lots. Additionally, we suggest splitting Lot 3, containing 17 small systems, into four or five individual lots. To enhance accessibility for both inspection and installation, each lot should be organized geographically, ideally by province, ensuring that nearby sites are grouped together. This will facilitate easier site inspections, allowing bidders to visit multiple sites on the same day. By adopting this approach, we believe we can encourage more participation and streamline the bidding process, resulting in a more competitive and efficient procurement.
